Rajvi and Manoj: ITC Grand Maratha, Mumbai | Sindhi Wedding

On the very first day of TwentyThirteen, we got a call from bride in distress to shoot her wedding which was in three days. How could have we refused such a gorgeous bride. So, we kicked off this year with an elaborate six day wedding which was all about tradition, family, friends and ofcourse loads of delicious food! Rajvi and Manoj are a long-term love story, a couple that seemed destined from the beginning. We are here to speak of beauty, tradition, love and marriage. Today, we will speak very little. We will allow the images to say it all …

This, surely is our favourite picture from the whole wedding. Rajvi was telling Kanishka while getting ready how this picture works as a stress buster for her. It surely did, we have never seen any bride more relaxed.

Engagement

The celebration actually kicked off with the exchange of rings and pegshegs and dancing :D

Mehandi

The mehendi ceremony was held at Le Mangii, Juhu. It was quite a surprise how the restaurant got converted to a mini banquet.

She had put Mehandi on her feet a day before at her home only, a trend that is picking up lately which lets the bride enjoys her mehandi ceremony instead of siting for long hours.

Wedding

Rajvi & Manoj tied the knot at the Laxminarayan Temple, Mumbai. Prior to this there were a
couple of ceremonies held at Manoj's home,

while on the other hand Rajvi's family & friends were making sure that she looked perfect!

BARAAAAT!

The one image we seriously can’t get over though, is the last one of the bride. The mixture of
emotions a bride feels, the sadness and the joy, the memories and the dreams that run through
her mind, are all reflected in this one look at the bride sitting in her getaway car with the
trail of a tears rolling down her cheek.

Reception

We can see spirits are high as Rajvi slips into a deep blue bridal lengha designed by Sabyasachi.
Meanwhile, Manoj stood there adoring her.

If their pictures are any indication of their style, then their post reception pictures will no
doubt be a jaw-dropper!
